Check-in Day:     Saturday 3:30 pm (monthly, weekends, and holiday rentals also available upon request ). Check-out Day:   Saturday 10:00 am. Security/Damage Deposit:   USD $350.00 for weekly rentals (refundable). Cleaning & Linen Service Fee (non-refundable):          Garden Apartment - USD $125.00*          Terrace Apartment - USD $100.00*          * Additional USD $50 with Pet Other Policies:   Smoking outside only. Please Note:   If interested, please email us and we will send you the Terms & Condition and Booking Form. When we receive your signed Booking Form, the property will be put on hold for three working days pending payment. Pets will be considered, if accepted an additional Pet Deposit of $300 per Pet will be required.
